The Guided Journey includes 10 units. Each unit starts with a short video featuring educators who use The FISH! Philosophy to meet the same challenges you face daily. After the video, the facilitator takes the group through questions and activities in their workbooks that ignite important conversations about the culture they want to create and the educators they want to be. Each unit also provides strategies to turn intentions into action.
