NetSpeed Leadership Workshops

NetSpeed Leadership is a supervisory skills training program designed to meet the needs of first and second level managers in fast paced organizations. Designed and tested to assist managers develop competencies in leadership development, professional skills and performance management that includes 23 focused training modules.

The NetSpeed Leadership Training System consists of 23, 3 hour modules in the areas of Leadership Development, Performance Management and Professional Skills. Each interactive classroom module includes take-away Job Aid cards to reinforce key learning principles and is coupled with an online reinforcement tools.
