Ordering Information/Terms &
Conditions
License/Purchase
Products in this catalogue are not
sold outright, but are licensed for
the life of the videotape or DVD
(“the program”). License/purchase
conveys no ownership of the program,
but entitles you to unlimited
internal use solely for the benefit
of training employees within your
organization.
Rentals
Rentals are for a 5-day period.
Rental materials must be returned
via prepaid courier, or other
traceable means, the day after the
rental period indicated on your
packing slip. Late returns will be
subject to a daily penalty equal to
50% of the original charge. Rental
fees (if paid) may be applied
towards the purchase price of the
same program if ordered within
thirty (30) days of the rental
period. Cancellations must be made
48 hours prior to shipment.
Cancellations made less than 48
hours prior to shipment will be
subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received after
shipment is made will be billed in
full and the materials must be
returned to us immediately upon
receipt.
Previews
Preview materials are for evaluation
purposes only and may not be used
for training purposes or other
exhibition or use. Preview materials
are shipped FREE for 7 days, except
for shipping and handling. Preview
materials must be returned by the
due date via prepaid courier, or
other traceable means. Late returns
may be subject to a billing rate of
$50 per tape.
Shipping Charges
All orders are shipped via the most
efficient and cost effective method,
prepaid and charged, unless other
arrangements are made. Previews are
shipped via UPS Ground or Express
Post. Rush shipments can be
accommodated and the additional
charges for this service will be
added to your invoice.
Returns
All orders for license/purchase
programs are non-rescindable,
non-returnable, and non-refundable
unless the goods are damaged or you
received the incorrect shipment. You
are responsible for inspecting the
goods and reporting any problems or
damage within thirty (30) days of
receipt. Goods received in defective
condition may be returned for
exchange. All preview and rental
materials are to be returned in the
same condition as shipped. Preview
and rental materials returned in a
damaged condition, or lost, will be
subject to the full cost of
replacement or repair.
Prices
All prices and fees are subject to
change without notice. Prices are in
Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes,
shipping and handling charges will
be added to each invoice.
Payment
Terms are net thirty (30) days,
after which interest of 1.5% per
month will be charged on all
outstanding balances.
Restrictions
All programs are protected by the
Canadian Copyright Act and
International copyright laws. No
materials may be reproduced,
duplicated, transmitted, or
re-transmitted, in whole or in part,
in any form or by an means
whatsoever, without prior written
consent from International
Tele-Film.
No materials may be previewed,
rented, loaned, or resold outside
the license/purchaser’s
organization(s), subsidiaries, or
divisions.
Preview, rental, or license/purchase
conveys the right for use of the
programs via optical projection or
conventional video/DVD playback
systems only.
Programs may not be exported from or
sent outside of Canada without the
prior written consent of
International Tele-Film.
